Manam House Crispy Sisig

How to prepare your House Crispy Sisig:

  1. Heat the sisig sauce in a pan over medium heat, for around 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Turn the stove off. Pour the sisig meat into the pan with the sisig sauce and mix until it’s well coated. Garnish with chicharon and crispy garlic. 
  3. Enjoy it with a steaming hot cup of rice (or a cold bottle of beer).
