Shawa Wama Primo Beef

How to prepare your Primo Beef:

  1. Thaw out meat in the fridge overnight.
  2. In a clean shallow pan, pour enough oil to thinly cover the bottom. Preheat over medium heat until slightly smoking.
  3. Sear primo slices until nicely browned, for around 3-4 minutes per side. 
  4. Transfer to a plate. Serve with garlic sauce.
  5. Let the mouth-party commence.
